Egyptian striker Mido is expected to recover from a minor knock and take part in Middlesbrough's Premiership match against Newcastle United on Sunday. Mido, who scored the equalizer for Middlesbrough in the 2-1 victory over Fulham last week, limped off the pitch shortly after with a foot injury. However, he is expected to shrug off the problem and return to full training along with team-mates Andrew Davies and Chris Riggot. "We had a couple of minor knocks, Dava, Riggs, and Mido missed a bit of training but everyone else has come through okay," Boro manager Gareth Southgate was quoted as saying by the club's official website. "Mido got a knock earlier in the week but it would be a brave man who would leave him out." Middlesbrough also welcome the return of injured duo Jonathan Woodgate and Luke Young in addition to Portuguese midfielder Fabio Rochemback, who completed a three-match ban.
