Al-Koumi opposes Abd-Rabou's return to Strasbourg

Ismaili chairman Yehia Al-Koumi insisted on Wednesday he will not give Hosni Abd-Rabou's International Transfer Certificate to French side Strasbourg.
"Abd-Rabou still has two years to run on his contract, we will not allow him to go back to Strasbourg," Al-Koumi told FilGoal.com.
Strasbourg have revealed that they sold the Egypt international midfielder to Ahli after Ismaili missed the deadline to pay the due 500,000 euros to turn Abd-Rabou's loan deal into a permanent one.
However, the Dervishes still insist they own the player.
"We filed a complaint to world governing body FIFA because we paid the money on time, we have evidence that Strasbourg have received the money," Al-Koumi added.
Despite Ismaili's stance, Abd-Rabou announced that he has already signed a three-year deal with Egyptian and African champions Ahli.
