Hilal manager Heron Ricardo revealed that Sudan's qualification for the African Nations Cup, for the first time in 32 years, will have a huge impact on his men before Ahli clash in the CAF Champions League quarter-finals next Sunday. "I congratulate all the Sudanese people. They deserve it as I never saw such passion for football except in my country," said the Brazilian tactician. Hilal have resumed training since Sunday except of the international players who will join the group on Tuesday. "I will count on my nine international players and most of them contributed to the victory against Mauritius. I was afraid of injuries but things went smooth. I couldn't afford any more losses as already Omar Bekhit has been ruled out of the game," added Ricardo. The Sudanese champions are intensifying their preparations as they are expected to be in Cairo on Thursday, three days ahead of the big clash.
