Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini was unhappy with the attitude of AC Milan players in the Rossoneri's UEFA Champions League celebrations. Gennaro Gattuso and Massimo Ambrosini aimed mocking banners at Inter during their title parade after securing the European prestigious title at the expense of Liverpool. "I think that they know they made themselves look bad, but these things can happen," Mancini was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia magazine on Sunday. Mancini, whose men have won the Italian Serie A title, believes the Nerazzurrians do not behave in such a disgraceful way when celebrating any triumph. "Mind you, one thing is to offend people and another to sing along with an ironic fan chant. My lads did not do that at Siena and nor will they this Sunday, because it is not right. It won't happen." Milan players' actions were apparently fuelled by statements from Inter president Massimo Moratti and skipper Javier Zanetti, who both expressed their hope that their arch-rivals would lose against Liverpool. However, Moratti revealed that Milan have officially apologized for the banner. "I have already received an apology from Milan. And it ends there. But there's no doubt that the players will remember it," Moratti told the club's official website.
