Inzaghi recalled to Italy squad

Italy manager Roberto Donadoni included Filippo Inzaghi in his squad announced Monday for the Euro 2008 qualifiers against the Faroe Islands and Lithuania.
Inzaghi had a very impressive performance by scoring a double in the final of the UEFA Champions League to clinch the trophy for AC Milan over Liverpool.
The 33-year-old striker had been out of the national squad since last October when he featured against Georgia, 3-1. One in but three out as Donadoni dropped strikers Luca Toni, Alberto Gilardino and Vincenzo Iaquinta in addition to Juventus midfielder Mauro Camoranesi.
AC Milan defender Alessandro Nesta has also been ruled out after he agreed with Donadoni to rest for the current time.
The World Champions are fourth in Group B, two points behind leaders Scotland, Ukraine and France.
