Bayern Munich's captain Oliver Kahn and Brazilian defender Lucio were charged for improper conduct at the post-match doping control following the Champions League clash with Real Madrid on March seventh. The duo seemed to have allegedly 'breeched basic rules of good conduct', according to a statement carried by UEFA's official website. The tie ended in a 2-1 victory for Bayern, who cruised through to the quarter-finals on the away goals rule following a 4-4 aggregate draw. The case will be dealt with by the UEFA control and disciplinary body on March 22nd, to decide on the final action that will be taken against the players. Bayern are preparing for the quarter finals double-header against AC Milan next month.
