Brazil duo back in action
Published in FilGoal on 01 - 07 - 2006

Brazil duo Emerson and Kaka have returned to their team training, which they missed for two days, after recuperating from different injuries sustained during the team's 3-0 victory over Ghana on Tuesday.
"They're ready for training on the pitch," the Brazilian Football Confederation announced on their official website on Friday.
Ermerson picked up a knee injury at half-time before Kaka limped off the pitch with a related knee problem, but Brazil head coach Carlos Alberto Parreira will be hoping that they be fit for the highly-anticipated quarter-final against France on Saturday in the World Cup.
Robinho is also expected to be in-form to feature in Brazil's clash against the French after recovering from a thigh injury that saw him benched during the Ghana match.
On the other hand, Brazilian sensation Ronaldinho has expressed his confidence that his side will play a good match against France, who won their last encounter in the 1998 World Cup 3-0 to lift the world trophy.

Ronaldinho
"This is a matured Brazilian team. We know how to face certain games and to score when we need to. We know them very well and we will not be surprised by them," Ronaldinho was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
"I wasn't in the 1998 final but those players who were told me about it and I know Saturday's game will be nothing like that," he added.
Ronaldinho also insisted that he isn't fanatical about scoring in the World Cup and stressed that his main role in the team was to pass the ball, not score.
"Of course, I would like to score a goal in the World Cup. But it's not an obsession. My role in this team is different, I am here to provide assists for my team-mates to score."
"I do what my coach tells me and I'm here to help Brazil win the Cup. As I always say, if Brazil were to finish second, it would be the same thing as to finishing last," he insisted.
