Junior must go, says Ramzi
Published in FilGoal on 19 - 03 - 2006

Zamalek assistant coach Ahmed Ramzi sent an official letter to the board demanding the release of Ghanaian midfielder Awuley Quaye 'Junior' after taking on the bad-boy image during the past period.
"Junior refused to play in the second-half of our friendly against Ittihad Al-Shorta as he wanted to feature in the starting eleven, this is totally unacceptable," Ramzi told FilGoal.com on Sunday.
Juniour was also handed a six-match suspension after making obscene gestures towards the crowd during his side's domestic match against Masri in December.
The suspension will expire after Zamalek's upcoming match against Harras Al-Hodoud on Wednesday.

Zamalek boss Manuel Cajuda
Ramzi insisted that he will respect the board's decision whatever it was, after recommending that they let Junior go by the end of the season.
On the other hand, the Zamalek board agreed to renew the contracts of Mohamed Aboul-Ela, Tarek Al-Saied, Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed, Mohamed Sedeek and Sameh Youssef.
Zamalek president Morsi Attalla was also given the green light to open extension talks with Portuguese boss Manuel Cajuda who guided the team to better performances after taking over in the mid-season.
