European giants Real Madrid succumbed to a 6-1 drubbing from Real Zaragoza in the first leg of the King's Cup semi-final on Wednesday. Argentine Diego Milito struck a stunning treble within 20 minutes in the first half. Julio Baptista pulled one back for the pitiful Real when he headed home from a David Beckham cross before the interval. Real's hopes of a comeback were demolished when Milito towered to head home from a corner-kick in the 55th minute. Brazilian striker Ewerthon completed the rout for the home side with a second-half brace. Zaragoza edged closer to the Spanish King's Cup final with the huge win that compounded the misery of the turbulent capital-side.
