Borussia Dortmund play maker Tomas Rosicky is set to stay at the Westfalenstadion after his proposed move to Atletico Madrid collapsed, the player's agent said. "Both clubs have certainly not reached an agreement," Sky Sports netweork quoted Rosicky agent Pavel Paska as saying. "Rosicky has a contract with Dortmund and he will be staying in Dortmund," he added. The Czech Republic international has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid as Dortmund were aiming to ease their financial crisis. Atletico's Argentinean veteran manager Carlos Bianchi was looking to reinforce his squad during the January transfer window as his side's performance did not live up to expectations in the first half of the season. Rosicky joined Dortmund from Czech side Sparta Prague in 2001 where he won one Bundesliga title.
