Egypt players and staff are facing a major headache as authorities seem reluctant to hold the World Cup qualifier against Guinea in Alexandria. After initially agreeing to move the game from Gouna to Alexandria's Army Stadium, security forces backtracked as the venue to hold the September 10 fixture is still unclear. Egypt, who were even hoping to have their fans in the stands against Guinea, are now left with very limited options ahead of their last Group G tie. FIFA problem "As soon as we learnt that security forces are not willing to be in charge of the match, FA officials told us there is nothing they can do," Egypt assistant coach Diaa Al-Sayed told FilGoal.com. "These off-field problems surely have an impact on the team. The players' concentration is down and everyone is worried here. "The match is supposed to kick off in a few days and no one knows where we will play! "Another problem we are facing is that FIFA insists that the match should be staged at one of three international venues; Cairo Stadium, Army Stadium or the Air Defense Stadium. Gouna is not an option for FIFA. "We now have no idea what will happen, we may well be hit by having one of our decisive matches moved outside Egypt." Egypt have already booked their place in the final World Cup qualifying phase, where they are expected to play a two-legged match for a place in the finals.
