Real Madrid finished the season empty-handed after losing the Spanish Cup title to local rivals Atletico Madrid.
Despite playing at home at the Santiago Bernabeu, Jose Mourinho's team fell to a 2-1 defeat after taking the lead through Cristiano Ronaldo.
Atletico's Diego Costa levelled as Mourinho was sent to the stands for dissent before defender Miranda hit an extra-time winner with his only goal this season.
Ronaldo followed his coach outside near the end after kicking Atletico skipper Gabi in the face.
