Egypt striker Geddo had successful surgery on his foot under the supervision of Hull City in London. The Ahli striker had to go under the knife after aggravating an old foot problem while on loan at Hull, who were just promoted to the English Premier League. He is expected to miss no less than three months of action, which means he won't be available for Egypt's World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe and Mozambique next month. Despite announcing that he would like to sign a permanent deal with Hull, Geddo's future with the Tigers remains unclear as Ahli are expected to hold on to him.
