Geddo is set to miss Hull City's weekend clash against Ipswich after aggravating a foot injury last week, the Tigers coach Steve Bruce said. The 28-year-old limped off Hull's match against Middlesbrough last week and has not been able to train ever since the 1-0 win, which makes him a major doubt for Saturday. "He's certainly a major doubt. We've given him the week off full training to see how it settles down and we'll have a look at him again before we travel," Bruce told the Mail. "It's been very sore. He broke a bone in his foot five years ago and it looks like he's aggravated it trying to block a ball. "We'll just have to see how he responds to treatment but there's no point in taking risks with so many big games coming up." Geddo has been a regular for Hull since a January loan move from Ahli, scoring five goals in his first six appearances for his new club. But the Egypt striker has not scored for five games now as second-placed Hull remain on course for automatic promotion to the English Premier League.
