Egypt U-20 manager Rabie Yassin praised team captain Rami Rabiea after the Ahli wonderkid scored the goal that sent the Young Pharaohs to the World Cup. Rabiea headed Egypt's winning goal against African Youth Championship hosts Algeria to send his team to the tournament's semis and earn automatic qualification for the U-20 World Cup. Egypt tactician Yassin believes the versatility of the 19-year-old played a key role in the massive victory. “Rabiea has technical and physical features that make him qualified to play in more than one position," former Egypt defender Yassin said after the Algeria win. “I used him in midfield and at the same time he dropped back to help the defense face continuous pressure from the opposition. “He was key to our victory. He also helped in attack and this was vindicated by the only goal of the game." Rabiea scored a number of vital goals for club and country during the past month, which makes him one of Egypt's top future prospects. Meanwhile, coach Yassin confirmed that his skipper, along with ENPPI midfield star Saleh Gomaa, will be rested in the next game against Benin.
