Egypt midfielder Mohamed Al-Nenni says that playing on snowy pitch is the only problem he faces at Swiss side Basel. Al-Nenni, who joined the Swiss champions in the winter break on a six-month loan deal, made a couple of appearances as a second half sub against Sion and Ukraine's Dnipro in the Europa League so far. While seeming upbeat about his maiden overseas adventure, the 20-year-old conceded that he is a bit struggling to play in tough weather conditions. "The only problem I face in Switzerland now is playing on snow!" the Arab Contractors midfielder told CNN Arabic. "Snow makes playing so difficult for me, plus I'm not used to playing in such weather conditions." "I was surprised to find Basel management quickly fielding me in competitive games, I thought the management would give me some time to adjust to the new environment. "It really boosted my confidence. I didn't expect that early progress at Basel as I hope things will be going on my way." Al-Nenni is hoping to win a permanent deal with Basel, who have an option to buy him from parent club Arab Contractors in the summer.
