Five Egyptian passengers cancelled their travel plans to Damascus on Sunday, after the plane's takeoff was delayed for 3 hours due to a technical glitch. The 129 travellers finished their pre-boarding procedures but after boarding the flight bound for Damascus, the captain discovered the technical problem. All of the passengers were disembarked and returned to the transit hall to await the repair of the problem, and after 3 hours 124 passengers out of 129 reboarded, with five passengers choosing to cancel their travel plans altogether.
