Russia participates in Hurghada int'l fest

Russia will participate in Hurghada's first International Festival for Tourism and Cultural Exchange, which will be held from June 26 to July 1 in the Red Sea city of Hurghada, said the Secretary-General of the Arab Union of Russian University Graduates, Fathi Toughan.
He explained that there would be a Russian photo exhibition and a fine art exhibition, in addition to a crafts gallery of the Russian community in Egypt, a Russian popular dance troupe, a children's choir of Russian folklore and a book fair.
The other participating countries in the festival are Turkey, Greece, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Yemen, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Palestine and Kuwait.
The festival, which is being supported by the Egyptian Ministries of Culture and Tourism, Red Sea Governorate, Tourism Activation Authority, aims at exchanging cultures and activating tourism in Egypt.
