CAIRO – Israel is wary of a million-man march which is scheduled to be held on Friday outside the Israeli Embassy in Giza in order to expel Israel's envoy from Egypt, the local media reported on Thursday. Egyptians, who are massing outside the embassy for the sixth day in a row, called for mass demonstrations because of Israeli's killing five Egyptian security personnel on borders and its assaults on Gaza Strip. An Israeli newspaper expressed fears of this march, saying Egyptians are launching a campaign on Facebook to mass protests, calling for ordering the Israeli ambassador out of Egypt and recalling Egyptian envoy from Tel Aviv. Egyptian including activists, the public and NGOs called for reviewing the articles of Camp David treaty signed with Israel in 1979. The Yediot Aharonot newspaper said Egyptian Friday's march may achieve its target since – according to the paper – all Egyptian protests were successful. The newspaper added that if Egyptians launch their march, their demands will be met. The daily paper noted that so far the relations between Egypt and Isreal seem to continue deteriorating owing to Egyptian popular pressure. Israel had regretted the killing which it said took place by mistake, but the Egyptian government said this regret is not enough.
