CAIRO - Al-Ahly playmaker Mohamed Abou-Treika might take no part in Tuesday's Egyptian Premier League match with Gouna due to a calf strain. Ahly's injury-prone striker Mohamed Fadl has been sidelined for six weeks after suffering another relapse with his calf problem. The former Ismaili man missed the weekend's League match with Masri after aggravating his calf injury in training. The same injury also prevented him from featuring for Ahly in the Champions League clash at Zesco United. Al-Ahly, the title defenders have 33 points from 18 games in Egypt's prestigious soccer competition. Fadl was expected to be fit for the Red Devils' league game with Gouna Tuesday but he's still struggling to reach full recovery. "Fadl suffered a calf tear that requires a six-week rest," Al-Ahly doctor Walid Abdul-Baki told filgoal.com.
