CAIRO (Update 1) - Voting in a public referendum on constitutional changes started Saturday across Egypt amid enthusiasm and tight security. The vote, which runs until 7pm, is the first since President Hosni Mubarak was ousted in a public revolt. Secretay-General of the Arab League Amr Moussa, who is a potential contender for Egypt's presidency, Saturday went to a polling station in Cairo. "We should accept the result of the referendum, what it is," Moussa said after castig his ballot. According to these amendments, the vote is fully supervised by the judiciary.
