KUWAIT CITY, Sept 24, 2018 (MENA) - Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah has received an invitation from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to attend the Second Edition of the World Youth Forum (WYF) in Sharm El Sheikh in November. The invitation was delivered Monday by Egyptian Ambassador to Kuwait Tarek el Qouni to Emiri Diwan Affairs Minister Sheikh Jarrah al Sabah. In earlier statements, the ambassador said he had met a number of Kuwaiti officials to encourage students and leading youth figures to take part in the forum. The forum's theme this year is "We Need To Talk", a slogan that displays desire for cooperation, understanding, and the fostering of diversity. The event to be held from November 4 to 10 in Sharm el Sheikh will bring together thousands of youths from around the world representing over 60 delegations. They will have the chance to engage with decision makers, legislators and officials. The ambitious platform, under the auspices of President Sisi, aims to spread a message of peace, prosperity, harmony, and progress in a world built by promising youth.
