TASHKENT, Sept 5 , 2018 (MENA) - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi held on Wednesday a tete-a-tete session of talks with his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev on developing bilateral relations. The bilateral talks were followed by a plenary meeting attended by members of the Egyptian delegation accompanying Sisi and senior Uzbek officials, Egyptian Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said. Talks tackled chances of enhancing trade and investment cooperation between Egypt and Uzbekistan and increasing the number of tourists. Talks also covered fighting terrorism and extremism within the framework of the true teachings of Islam.
