CAIRO, Aug 30, 2018 (MENA) - President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will embark on Thursday on a tour that will take him to Bahrain, China and Uzbekistan, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said. Sisi is scheduled to hold talks with Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa and a number of Bahraini princes, ministers and top officials. While in China, Sisi will hold a summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping on bolstering bilateral cooperation. At the end of the tour, Sisi will visit the Uzbek capital Tashkent, where he will hold talks with his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev and witness the signing of several cooperation agreements, Radi said, noting that this is the first official visit by an Egyptian president to Uzbekistan.
