CAIRO, Sept 3, 2018 (MENA) - The Housing Ministry will put 138 plots of land for sale in eight new cities in Egypt, the prime minister has said. Moustafa Madbouli said Monday that areas of the available plots range between 500 and 7,544 square metres. The pieces of land will be available in New Cairo, the 10th of Ramadan, Obour, May 15, Badr, New Damietta, New Minya and Shorouk cities, Madbouli said. Those who wish to apply are required to place a down payment of not less than 25% of the value of the land as stated in the application form, said Tareq el Sebai, the deputy chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
