Health min., Italian envoy discuss boosting mutual health ties

CAIRO, June 1, 2018 (MENA) – Egypt's Health Minister Ahmed Emad el Din Radi received on Thursday Italian ambassador to Egypt Giampaolo Cantini and Scientific and Technological Attache in the the Italian Embassy in Cairo Claudio Margottini at the National Training Institute in Abbasiya to discuss means of fostering ties in health field.
In a press release, Health Ministry Spokesman Khaled Megahed said the meeting took up the Italian side request to establish a university hospital in Egypt.
The meeting also tackled ways of boosting relations in certain specializations in hospitals of both countries, added the spokesman.
Megahed added that Egypt and Italy will hold a number of training courses in the field of the usage of nanotechnology in health field in the upcoming period in order to provide integrated medical services to citizens.
