CAIRO, May 29, 2018 - The Egyptian Exchange posted collective gains at the close of on Tuesday trading, backed by purchases by local and foreign individuals and foreign institutions. The market capital gained LE3.7 billion to reach LE954.2 billion, after transactions hit LE1.1 billion. The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 1.28 per cent to close at 17,005.86 points. The smaller and mid cap index EGX70 slightly declined by 0.10 per cent to 852.66 points. The broader EGX 100 index rose 0.25 per cent to close at 2,183.77 points.
