CAIRO, May 2, 2018 (MENA) - Prime Minister Sherif Ismail attended on Wednesday the signing of three cooperation protocols between the Social Solidarity Ministry, Alexandria Bank, Expolink and Damietta governorate. The agreements were signed on the sidelines of the 2018 Design and Crafts Exhibition, which is organised by the Social Solidarity Ministry and the Egyptian Exporters Association (Expolink). The first deal was signed between the Social Solidarity Ministry and Alexandria Bank to offer training for 22,000 craftsmen and handicraft manufacturers. The second deal was signed between the Social Solidarity Ministry and Expolink to provide an opportunity for craftsmen and handicraft suppliers to export their products. The third deal was inked between the Social Solidarity Ministry, Expolink and Damietta governorate to provide training in the furniture field and help small-scale manufacturers to play a role in boosting the country's economy. The signing ceremony was attended by Social Solidarity Minister Ghadi Wali, Local Development Minister Abu Bakr el Gendi, Culture Minister Enas Abdel Dayem, Tourism Minister Rania el Mashat, Trade Minister Tareq Qabil and Cairo Governor Atef Abdel Hamid.
