The meeting comes as a follow-up on an agreement reached during the summit talks between Egyptian, Sudanese and Ethiopian leaders on the sidelines of the African summit in Addis Ababa last January. * Click to open image! The studies are instrumental for ensuing that there will be no adverse effects of the dam on Egypt and Sudan. Through this meeting, Egypt seeks to assert what has been agreed upon between the leaders of the three countries regarding the importance of being committed to implementing the 2015 Declaration of Principles agreement.
