Khaled Sabry Holding debuts Ryan Tower project at New Capital

Khaled Sabry Holding Group launched its Ryan Tower project in the New Administrative Capital's central business district (CBD), in addition to the company plans to develop a new project as part of its 2022 investments.
The company's CEO Khaled Sabry said that the project spans over 17,900 sqm and comprises 14 floors alongside the ground floor.
The new tower project will include various units with spaces start from 40 sqm that could be suitable for commercial, medical, administrative, as well as, serviced apartments.
He added that the company set an agreement with Hafez Consultant, to have the responsibility of the design and consultancy work for the project.
Sabry stressed that the company has a plan to develop a distinctive project in the New Capital's CBD that meets the needs of the target customers and through which it provides a business environment that helps to perform their tasks in an appropriate work environment. in addition to, providing various spaces in commercial part of the project that achieve the integration of activities within the project.
He further pointed out that the Administrative Capital for Urban Development company supports investors working in the New Administrative Capital project and deals flexibly in a way that supports the current plans of investors and encourages them to expand invest in the city.
The urban development that the state is currently implementing and the inauguration of a generation of smart new cities includes many diverse investment opportunities that suit all investors, along with strong demand by all community segments on property, he disclosed.
