TBK debut in Egyptian real estate market through Cityscape 2021, with huge investments, ambitious expansion plan

Cityscape Exhibition will witness a new start for TBK real estate development. The company announced the start of its business in Egypt with an ambitious expansion plan, a portfolio of diversified projects and huge investments through its various projects.
TBK currently owns several different projects, including 90 Avenue and other projects in East and West Cairo that will be announced soon.
TBK projects are characterized by providing a different lifestyle in unparalleled exclusive locations, all of them were built on vast areas, where green spaces occupy most of the area, with a limited building space to achieve a healthy lifestyle and maintain customer privacy.

Al Shorbany pointed out that the real estate sector achieved a remarkable boom during the last period, which contributed to achieving high growth rates, in light of the state's focus on urban expansion, and the establishment of new urban communities.
In this context, the company is preparing a robust investment plan in the real estate market by developing a group of distinguished projects and adding them to its portfolio during the coming period.
Al Shorbany added that TBK was keen to participate in this event as one of the important real estate companies in the Egyptian market with a portfolio of various real estate projects.
These projects are designed with the latest international architectural styles, using the latest construction technologies. It provides comfort and luxury to its customers through diversified services and spacious green spaces within its pioneering project 90 Avenue, at competitive prices and flexible payment plans.
The 90 Avenue project in the heart of the Fifth Settlement is one of the largest TBK projects. It includes more than 1,450 housing units, in addition to areas of up to 60,000 square meters, varying between commercial and recreational.
It also features administrative units with an area of 25,000 square meters, and the project consists of four phases, the first is 'Vibe', the second phase is 'Pavilion, the third phase 'Serenity' and the fourth phase is 'Family'.
He revealed that 100% of the first and second phases have been sold, with total sales of EGP 3.5bn.
The first phase of the project, Vibe, includes about 282 sold units that have already been delivered, and the units of the second phase will be delivered in 2022, with all facilities.
The project has emergency exits, swimming pools for each area, restaurants, a clubhouse, children's play area, around-the-clock security systems, surveillance camera systems and fire systems to ensure the safety of all customers.
The company will provide, during the Cityscape exhibition, exclusive and distinctive offers and discounts for its pioneering project 90 Avenue to suit its customers, with a down payment starting from 10%, immediate receipt of units, and instalments up to 8 years on all the company's projects, in line with its strategy of providing distinguished housing units.
