AUC, Tällberg discusses youth's leadership struggles in 21st century

With the aim of tackling and discussing the challenges struggles standing in the way of young leaders, preventing them from achieving their goals, the American University in Cairo's School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) and The Tällberg Foundation will hold a forum on Sunday to discuss the details of leadership in Egypt.
At the Tahrir Cultural Centre, the forum will tackle the details of leadership in the 21st century.
"Leadership in the 21st century needs to be innovative, dynamic, and optimistic. It is based on universal values and globally aware," said Alan Stoga, chairperson of The Tällberg Foundation. "We are convening this meeting, in partnership with GAPP, to explore the challenges facing leaders today, whether they operate in the public or private sectors anywhere in the world."
The international foundation aims to provoke people to think and act differently about the global issues that are shaping their present and future.
The forum witnesses speakers from all around the globe, each discussing an essential part of climbing into the top of leadership market. Leaders from Europe, Egypt, India, Kenya, and the United States will participate in the forum.
According to a press release, The Tällberg Foundation also sponsors an annual award, among other initiatives, The Tällberg/Eliasson Global Leadership Prize which is presented to three leaders from anywhere in the world both to honour and to encourage exemplary leadership.
