Though the Mojito originated in South America, the renaissance is sweeping across North America and Europe. Barmen call the Mojito cocktail technique 'muddling' - crushing sugar, ice, fruit and herbs, such as mint, to release their tangy, refreshing flavours. BACARDI MOJITO COCKTAILS 1. Muddle 12 fresh mint leaves and ½ lime. 2. Cover with two tbsp. syrup or sugar, top with ice. 3. Add 1 ½ oz. of Bacardi Superior Rum and top with Club soda. 4.
