Moroccan star joins Fiorentina

Moroccan star international footballer Houssine Kharja has joined Italian club Fiorentina from Genoa on a two-year deal, reports from the Italian league said on Thursday.
Fiorentina have an option to sign the central midfielder for a third year.
Although he will play for Fiorentina next season, Genoa still own half of his playing license.
The 28-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Inter Milan, where he scored one goal in 19 appearances.
He is expected to do well at the new club and his international credibility as a solid midfielder has been growing since the World Cup in 2010.
