NTRA: Vodafone Provides Best Customer Service, Etisalat Tops Balance Recharging

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (NTRA) has carried out a survey to gather the users' opinions regarding the performance of the three mobile operators. The survey included about 1,000 users in Alexandria and Marsa Matrouh.
The survey revealed that 33% of Vodafone customers are completely satisfied with the service. In this respect, Etisalat recorded 32%, followed by Mobinil 22%.
With regard to customer service, Vodafone has won the first ranking recording 29%, followed by Mobinil 22%, and Etisalat 18%.
13% of Vodafone and Mobinil's subscribers complained about balance deductions, while the percentage of Etislat customers who have experienced this problem was only 9%.
Moreover, Vodafone recorded the highest degree of customers' satisfaction concerning prepaid plans, followed by Mobinil 13%, and Etisalat 8%. However, concerning postpaid plans, Etisalat topped customers' satisfaction, followed by Mobinil 87%, then Vodafone 82%.
The report further added that the number of successful calls made via Vodafone network reached 86%, followed by Etisalat 65%, then Mobinil 53%. It also pointed out that 10% of Mobinil subscribers complained about the connection, 6% of Etisalat, and 3% of Vodafone.
