Eng Abou Zaid Mohamed Abou Zaid, minister of supply and domestic trade, suggested freeing the flour price to be sold with its actual price. The leaf of bread will remain to be sold to the consumer with 5 Piasters; keening on the continuity of the state's policies of subsidizing the bread. The minister explained, in a meeting, that having two prices for the subsidized and free flour creates black markets depends on large prices differences; consequently this caused disruption in the bread system. The meeting was with the members of bakeries division, in the presence of the chairman of Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, chairman of general division of bakeries, chairman of Chamber of Cereals Industry and a number of officials in the ministry of supply. He emphasized the state's seriousness of reforming the disruption of bread system. The meeting came in the framework of a series of meetings will be held in the coming period, in the presence of specialists, to discuss the reasons of disruptions.
