Egypt's Heliopolis Housing to promote property projects next year

Egypt's property marketing firm, Real Mark says it is planning to start promoting a bunch of major real estate projects in favour of state-run Heliopolis for Housing and Development within 2019.
Real Mark, an affiliate to Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD), is responsible for marketing Heliopolis Housing Co.'s all projects.
With investment cost worth three billion Egyptian pounds ($167.6 million), the new flagships are located in various areas in New Heliopolis and Sheraton, said Real Mark's chairman Naglaa El Saeed on Tuesday.
In New Heliopolis city, Real Mark will market Sun Ville, with investments worth 500 million pounds as well as a residential project of 600 million pounds in the ninth district in addition to a 600-million pound project in the fifth district, El Saeed further added.
The Egyptian official said Real Mark is set to promote a number of projects worth 300 million pounds in Sheraton area.
