Real Mark promoting 5 residential projects in New Cairo this year

Egypt's Real Mark says it is marketing five residential flagships in favour for state-run Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development in New Heliopolis city in New Cairo within 2018.
Real Mark is an integrated real estate marketing firm and is an affiliate of the country's Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD).
Real Mark's chairman Naglaa El Saeed said Wednesday the five projects, which will include implementing a number of various housing units and villas, are The Prime, The Bronze, Medaliion, Jewels, and Scarlet.
As for the first project, El Saeed further referred that her company is currently marketing 20 buildings, including around 320 units in The Prime. These units are to be completely delivered within 2021.
"The Bronze (the second project) will encompass 24 villas," she stated, adding that Real Mark is set to hand over this project within 2021.
As for the third project, the Egyptian official said that Medaliion will comprise 7 building, with total of 119 units. This project is to be delivered within 2019.
"We (Real Mark) have promoted Jewels (the fourth project), which will include 28 residential buildings and it will be delivered within 2021," El Saeed stated, adding that the units of the buildings' units will range between 98 square metres and 147 square metres.
As for the fifth project, El Saeed said that Scarlett is set to comprise 6 residential buildings and 15 standalone villas. These works are to be finalised within 2021.
"The company seeks to double its business volume from the residential projects, which are being marketed within the current year," she concluded.
