Real Mark to start marketing second phase of Maadi View New Cairo this year

Egypt's real estate marketing Real Mark plans to start promoting the second phase of its flagship Maadi View in El Shorouk City within 2018, said chairman Naglaa El Saeed on Sunday.
El Saeed further added that the firm, an affiliate of the Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD), has marketed and sold the units of the project's first phase, achieving sales of more than 90 percent.
"The flagship will include 3,000 housing units, varying between residential apartments on spaces ranging between 120 and 180 square metres as well as duplexes and villas," the official stated, referring that it is also to encompass a main park over 30 feddans.
In addition, El Saeed said that Real Mark is marketing a number of mega residential projects in favour of the county's state-run Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development, Maadi for Development and Reconstruction, and El Nasr Housing and Development.
"Real Mark seeks to double sales from these companies' flagships within the upcoming period." she clarified.
El Saeed elaborated that her company also studies implementing a number of more residential projects in El Shorouk, Sixth of October, and the New Administrative Capital cities as well as North Coast resort.
