Official source in New Urban Communities Authority ( NUCA ),said that the third phase of lottery lands plots suffers a lack of existing facilities, adding that 6100 land plots were announced to be offered in 4 new cities; namely Badr city, Assiut, Burj Al Arab, and Tiba province of Luxor, with areas ranging from 209 to 276 m. Source pointed out that New Urban Communities Authority ( NUCA ) is currently working on connecting facilities, adding that the process of installing utilities and facilities is in parallel with the declaration of lottery's winners names. Source added that NUCA possesses has enough time to implement the infrastructure of the whole project's territories, explaining that the lottery begins by the end of July 2012, while the Delivery is in January 2013.
