A new company for real estate development consultancy has been founded with authorized capital worth 10 million Egyptian pounds, board member at Bonah Real Estate Company Fathalla Fawzy said Tuesday. The newly launched company, Mena for Development Consultancy, has been established with a paid-up capital worth 2.5 million Egyptian pounds, the official said. Fawzy added that Mena for Development Consultancy is set to provide consultancies for real estate developing companies starting from choosing project's lands, making feasibility studies that include highest revenues and profits, in addition to how to develop and manage projects. It is the first time to establish a company specialised in providing real estate development consultancies, the official said. Mena for Development Consultancy has recently signed a contract with Abraj Misr to provide the second with consultancies and develop the real estate developing strategy for its projects. The company is currently negotiating with a number of companies to contract with, Fawzy noted. The new company aims at providing consultancies and providing firms' strategies whether in developing of financing. It is currently studying a number of fields and activities to enter into. Eng. Fathalla Fawzy has a 35-years experience in the field of Real Estate and Urban Development.
