Saudi Tourists visiting Egypt 69.9% up

There was a 69.9 percent increase in the number of Saudi tourists visiting Egypt over the first four months of this year, compared to the same period last year.
On a month-on-month basis, Saudi tourists increased by 57.3 percent in April 2015 compared to April 2014, a local publication reported, quoting data released by the Egyptian Tourism Ministry.
Saudi Arabia had the fifth most tourists in the Arab world visiting Egypt over the first four months of the year and in April, compared to last year.
Arab tourists visiting Egypt rose by 17.7 percent in April 2015. There was a 49.8 percent increase in tourists from the United Arab Emirates over the first four months of the year, and a 36.4 percent rise in April compared to the same period last year, the report said. The number of Kuwaiti tourists visiting Egypt rose by 37.1 percent in the first four months of the current year.
