Held for its 14th version, PLASTEX 2014 will take place from 28 August – 2 September, 2014 at the Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Centre (CICEC), Egypt. There are about 1300 factories in Egypt with a total market volume of more than USD 4 billions and total investments reaching more than USD 4.5 billions. Moreover, Egypt consumes plastic materials worth nearly USD 1.6 billions annually with the demand expected to increase 10 percent yearly".
