Egypt's Minister of Labour Mohamed Gobran handed over 93 employment contracts to Egyptian workers for jobs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the UAE, and Jordan, expanding the country's overseas job opportunities, the Cabinet said on Thursday. The contracts offer 56 positions in Bosnia and Herzegovina for construction trades; 30 positions in the UAE for steel fixers, carpenters, and welders; and seven positions in Jordan in agriculture and construction. The ministry, in coordination with the Central Administration for International Relations, the General Administration of Operations, and Egyptian labour representation offices abroad, is securing jobs with fair wages and health and social benefits. Gobran urged workers to demonstrate diligence, commitment, and respect for host country laws. He emphasised the availability of communication channels with the ministry and overseas labour offices to assist with any challenges. Attribution: Amwal Al Ghad English Subediting: M. S. Salama
