Egypt, Jordan explore labour market reforms

Egypt's Minister of Manpower Mohamed Gobran met with Jordan's Minister of Labour Khalid Al-Bakkar on Thursday to strengthen vocational training collaboration and address challenges faced by Egyptian workers in Jordan, according to a Cabinet statement.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Global Labour Market Conference in Riyadh, where both ministers discussed new recruitment strategies and the potential implementation of a unified employment contract to safeguard worker rights and streamline labour agreements.
