Egyptian pound inches lower vs. dollar at Tuesday's close – CBE

The Egyptian pound (EGP) recorded a slight decline against the US dollar (USD) on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE quoted the average buying rate at EGP 49.6338 and the selling rate at EGP 49.7335, compared with Monday's rates of EGP 49.6209 for buying and EGP 49.7209 for selling.
