Egypt's Health Authority (EHA) signed a series of cooperation protocols with national companies and institutions during the Africa Health ExCon 2025, aimed at strengthening Egypt's healthcare system and boosting its role as a regional medical hub, the Cabinet said on Wednesday. The agreements cover medical tourism, public health awareness, media outreach, and institutional competitiveness, according to the statement. EHA signed a deal with TMASI Global to enhance services for international patients and position Egypt as a medical tourism destination. Another agreement with Earth Guardians will promote the authority's efforts in applying the Human Competitiveness Index (HCI), including publishing content in the foundation's magazine to increase visibility across the region. In partnership with Eva Pharma, EHA will launch joint awareness campaigns and health education initiatives, including expert sessions, medical convoys, and events such as World Diabetes Day. The two sides also plan to collaborate on scientific conferences and staff training. EHA also reached an agreement with Wadi El-Neel for Medical Services – Lotus to provide a full range of care for international patients, including surgeries, diagnostics, and medication, in line with global quality standards.
