Egypt's stock market closed in the green area on Tuesday. The main index, EGX30 went up by 0.69 per cent, to 32,904.06 points. The Shariah index, EGX33 surged by 1.47 per cent to 3,435.33 points. The SMEs index, EGX70 rose by 1.25 per cent, to 9,847.62 points. The index, EGX100 index jumped by 1.32 per cent, to 13,363.84 points. The total market cap reached 2,330,104,935,774 Egyptian pounds. The Arabs and Non-Arab Foreigners were net buyers with 4,227,105,031 Egyptian pounds, and 17,104,435,985 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the Egyptians were net sellers with a total of 21,331,541,017 Egyptian pounds. Top gainers on Tuesday 1. Samad Misr -EGYFERT shares climbed by 20.00 per cent, to close at 125.720 Egyptian pounds a share. 2. Certificates Of Odin Egyptian Equity Investment Fund-KASAB shares jumped by 20.00 per cent, to close at 1.440 Egyptian pounds a share. 3. El Kahera El Watania Investment shares surged by 18.09 per cent, to close at the price of 31.590 Egyptian pounds a share. Top losers on Tuesday 1. Northern Upper Egypt Development & Agricultural Production shares declined by 4.85 per cent, to close at the price of 3.140 Egyptian pounds a share. 2. Copper For Commercial Investment & Real Estate Development shares fell by 4.29 per cent, to trade at the price of 0.624 Egyptian pounds a share. 3.
