Egypt, Lebanon explore boosting tourism ties

Egypt's Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Sherif Fathy met with Lebanon's Minister of Tourism Laura Lahoud to explore broader prospects for bilateral cooperation between the two nations in the coming period, a Cabinet statement said.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of Fathy's official visit to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to participate in the 32nd edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM 2025), held from 28 April to 1 May.
During the meeting, the ministers explored ways to enhance tourism between their countries, including increasing flight frequencies and promoting tourist destinations in alignment with their tourism strategies.
