Egypt sets 21 November date for parliament vote

Egypt's election commission has set 21 November as the date for an election for the lower house of parliament, the country's first vote since President Honsi Mubarak was ousted seven months ago, Al Arabiya Television said on Saturday.
Voting for the upper house will take place two months later on 22 January, the satellite channel quoted the head of the commission as saying. Officials were not immediately available to comment on the report.
